Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ChartXpert ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use chartxpert.io and related subdomains and applications. We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
- Data you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), messages sent through contact, waitlist, or support forms, and details you submit when purchasing a subscription.
- Account and order data: subscription plan, order status, and the chart-platform username you supply for indicator access.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and interaction events.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 4.
We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we only receive a transaction reference and status.
2. How we use data
- To provide, operate, and secure the service and fulfil subscriptions.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To measure and improve site performance, content, and educational material.
- To send transactional email and, with consent, product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure marketing campaigns, where you have consented to marketing cookies.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent (analytics and marketing), and legal obligation.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions, including our cloud and database host, email delivery provider, payment gateway, and analytics and advertising measurement providers (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, and X) where you have given consent. We do not sell personal data. Data may be transferred outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
4. Cookies and consent
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, plus optional analytics, marketing, and preference cookies. Optional cookies load only after you consent through our cookie banner, which is shown on first visit and can be reopened at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiry data up to 24 months, subscription and billing records for the period required by law (typically 10 years), and analytics data for up to 14 months.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems with row-level security, least-privilege access, and multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Submit a request through our Data Subject Rights form or by email. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority (SDAIA in Saudi Arabia).
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new update date.

سياسة الخصوصية
توضّح هذه السياسة كيف نجمع بياناتك الشخصية ونستخدمها ونشاركها ونحميها عند استخدامك موقع chartxpert.io والنطاقات الفرعية والتطبيقات المرتبطة به، وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) واللائحة الأوروبية (GDPR) عند انطباقها.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات تزوّدنا بها: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الجوال (اختياري) ورسائل نماذج التواصل والدعم وبيانات الاشتراك.
- بيانات الطلب: الخطة وحالة الطلب واسم المستخدم الخاص بمنصة الرسوم البيانية لتفعيل المؤشر.
- بيانات الاستخدام: الصفحات المزارة والمصدر والموقع التقريبي من عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح.
- ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة (انظر البند ٤).
لا نجمع أرقام البطاقات البنكية؛ تتم المدفوعات عبر بوابة الدفع ونستلم مرجع العملية وحالتها فقط.
٢. أغراض الاستخدام
- تشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها وتنفيذ الاشتراكات.
- الرد على الاستفسارات وتقديم الدعم.
- قياس الأداء وتحسين المحتوى التعليمي.
- إرسال الرسائل التشغيلية، والرسائل التسويقية بموافقتك مع إمكانية إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت.
- قياس الحملات التسويقية عند الموافقة على ملفات التسويق.
- الامتثال للالتزامات النظامية والضريبية.
٣. المشاركة مع أطراف ثالثة
نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزودي الخدمة العاملين بتوجيهنا: الاستضافة السحابية وقاعدة البيانات، ومزوّد البريد، وبوابة الدفع، ومزودي التحليلات وقياس الإعلانات (مثل Google وMeta وTikTok وSnap وLinkedIn وX) وذلك بعد موافقتك. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية.
٤. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والموافقة
نستخدم ملفات ضرورية لتشغيل الموقع، وملفات اختيارية للتحليلات والتسويق والتفضيلات لا تُحمَّل إلا بعد موافقتك عبر لوحة الموافقة الظاهرة عند أول زيارة، ويمكنك إعادة فتحها وتعديل خياراتك في أي وقت من رابط «إعدادات ملفات تعريف الارتباط» في تذييل الموقع.
٥. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بالبيانات بالقدر اللازم: بيانات الاستفسارات حتى ٢٤ شهراً، وسجلات الاشتراك والفوترة للمدة النظامية (عادة ١٠ سنوات)، وبيانات التحليلات حتى ١٤ شهراً.
٦. الأمان
تُنقل البيانات عبر HTTPS وتُخزّن في أنظمة محمية بصلاحيات مقيّدة وسياسات أمان على مستوى الصفوف وتحقق ثنائي لحسابات الإدارة.
٧. حقوقك
لك حق الوصول والتصحيح والحذف وتقييد المعالجة والاعتراض عليها ونقل البيانات وسحب الموافقة. قدّم طلبك عبر نموذج حقوق أصحاب البيانات أو بالبريد الإلكتروني، ونستجيب خلال ٣٠ يوماً، ويمكنك التقدّم بشكوى إلى الجهة المختصة (سدايا).
٨. الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجهة لمن هم دون ١٨ عاماً ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
٩. التحديثات
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة، وسيظهر أي تغيير جوهري على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ تحديث جديد.
