Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of chartxpert.io, its subdomains, applications, and any content or tools we provide (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
ChartXpert provides educational content and technical analysis software. The Service is informational and analytical only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, is not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and is not a brokerage or portfolio management service. We do not execute orders and do not hold client funds. Decisions you make are your own responsibility, and past performance of any method or data never guarantees future results.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are offered on a monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or annual basis, as shown at checkout.
- Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store card numbers.
- Access is granted after payment is confirmed and, where relevant, after the chart-platform username you supply is activated.
- Renewal, cancellation, and end-of-term behaviour are stated on the checkout page for the plan you select.
4. Refunds
Because access to digital content and tools is delivered immediately, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the Service and we cannot resolve it, contact support@chartxpert.io and we will review your case in good faith and in line with applicable consumer law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell, sublicense, or publish access credentials, indicators, or paid content;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service;
- interfere with the Service's security, availability, or integrity, or use automated access beyond published limits;
- use the Service unlawfully or in any way that misrepresents it as investment advice or a performance guarantee.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these rules.
6. Intellectual property
All software, charts, indicators, text, designs, and trademarks in the Service are owned by ChartXpert or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own educational purposes during your subscription term.
7. Third-party services and data
The Service uses third-party data sources, payment, email, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of third-party services, and market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms; material changes will be published on this page with a new update date and take effect when published.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or trading losses.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

الشروط والأحكام
تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع chartxpert.io ونطاقاته الفرعية وتطبيقاته وما نقدمه من محتوى وأدوات («الخدمة»). باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وإن لم توافق فيرجى عدم استخدامها.
١. طبيعة الخدمة
تقدّم تشارت إكسبرت محتوى تعليمياً وأدوات تحليل فني بغرض المعلومات والتحليل فقط. الخدمة ليست استشارة مالية أو استثمارية أو نظامية أو ضريبية، وليست توصية بشراء أو بيع أي أصل، ولسنا وسيطاً مالياً ولا ندير محافظ ولا ننفّذ أوامر ولا نحتفظ بأموال العملاء. القرارات مسؤوليتك وحدك، ولا يضمن الأداء السابق أي نتائج مستقبلية.
٢. الأهلية والحسابات
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن ١٨ عاماً وأن تكون أهلاً للتعاقد. أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وسرية بيانات الدخول وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك، ويجب إبلاغنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به.
٣. الاشتراكات والفوترة
- الخطط متاحة بصفة شهرية أو ٣ شهور أو ٦ شهور أو سنوية كما هو موضح عند الدفع.
- الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل الضرائب المطبقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
- تتم المدفوعات عبر بوابة الدفع ولا نحتفظ بأرقام البطاقات.
- يُفعّل الوصول بعد تأكيد الدفع، وبعد تفعيل اسم المستخدم الخاص بمنصة الرسوم البيانية عند الحاجة.
- تظهر تفاصيل التجديد والإلغاء ونهاية المدة في صفحة الدفع الخاصة بكل خطة.
٤. الاسترجاع
نظراً لتسليم المحتوى الرقمي والأدوات فور الاشتراك، فإن الاشتراكات غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد التفعيل بشكل عام. وإذا منعك خلل تقني من جهتنا من استخدام الخدمة وتعذّر حلّه، تواصل مع support@chartxpert.io وسنراجع حالتك بحسن نية ووفق أنظمة حماية المستهلك المعمول بها.
٥. الاستخدام المقبول
- عدم مشاركة أو إعادة بيع أو ترخيص أو نشر بيانات الدخول أو المؤشرات أو المحتوى المدفوع.
- عدم نسخ الخدمة أو استخراج بياناتها آلياً أو الهندسة العكسية أو اشتقاق أعمال منها.
- عدم المساس بأمن الخدمة أو توافرها أو استخدام وصول آلي يتجاوز الحدود المعلنة.
- عدم استخدام الخدمة بشكل مخالف للأنظمة أو تصويرها كاستشارة استثمارية أو ضمان أرباح.
يحق لنا إيقاف أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة هذه القواعد.
٦. الملكية الفكرية
جميع البرمجيات والرسوم البيانية والمؤشرات والنصوص والتصاميم والعلامات التجارية مملوكة لتشارت إكسبرت أو مرخِّصيها، ويُمنح لك ترخيص محدود شخصي غير قابل للنقل وقابل للإلغاء لاستخدام الخدمة لأغراضك التعليمية خلال مدة اشتراكك.
٧. خدمات وبيانات الأطراف الثالثة
تعتمد الخدمة على مزودي بيانات ودفع وبريد وتحليلات من أطراف ثالثة، ولسنا مسؤولين عن دقة أو توافر خدماتهم، وقد تكون بيانات السوق مؤخّرة أو ناقصة أو غير دقيقة.
٨. التوافر والتعديلات
نسعى لأعلى مستوى توافر دون ضمان استمرارية الخدمة بلا انقطاع، ويحق لنا تعديل الميزات أو إيقافها، وتحديث هذه الشروط مع نشر أي تغيير جوهري على هذه الصفحة بتاريخ تحديث جديد.
٩. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توافرها» دون أي ضمانات إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبالغ التي دفعتها لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للواقعة محل المطالبة، ولا نتحمل أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية بما في ذلك الأرباح الفائتة أو خسائر السوق.
١٠. الخصوصية
تُعالج البيانات الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية التي تُعد جزءاً من هذه الشروط.
١١. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم الرياض بالنظر في أي نزاع، دون إخلال بحقوق حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في بلد إقامتك.
